Please email us if you would like to cancel a transaction or if you think you may have submitted your credit card information twice. Double payments should be found in our system, and we will notify the participant if this should occur. We still encourage you to send us an email if this should happen. Once the course test is completed and the continuing education certificate is awarded, there will be no refund. We will void any payments that have been made in error.

We do not share private information that has been submitted during the registration process. The registration information is used to create the continuing education certificate with your name on it. The information you share is stored in a secure database and will only be used for verification purposes.

We contract with Wells Fargo Bank for all credit card processing and accept Discover, Master Card and Visa for payment. We use SSL (secure socket layer) security technology. SSL is all about encryption. SSl encrypts data like credit card numbers and other personal information and prevents others from stealing your information for their own intent.
